This intensive is designed for child care center owners, directors, and leaders who want to strengthen their operations, enrollment, team culture, and strategic direction. Whether you run a single location or multiple centers, you will leave with actionable tools.

Each attendee needs their own ticket. We encourage you to bring a director or assistant director — the shared language and alignment you build together is incredibly valuable when you return to your center.

Tickets are non-refundable for no-shows. If something comes up, please reach out to our team as early as possible and we will work with you on options including transferring your ticket to a future event.

Boston Logan International Airport (BOS) is the closest major airport. The venue is approximately 15-20 minutes from the airport depending on traffic.
